PAYMENT & DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?
Orders will be dispatched Monday- Friday (excluding official holidays). For orders in Belgium we strive for next day delivery. However, delivery may take up to 2 to 3 days, depending on our transporter. We will always endeavour to process and ship you order in the quickest time possible. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
Please keep in mind that orders are only shipped once the payment is received.
How much does shipping cost?

The item I try to purchase is out of stock, can I pre-order it?

We hope that you are as delighted with your Café Costume products as much as we are. The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original, re-sellable condition for a refund or exchange.
We ask for unsuitable items to be returned within 14 working days. If you do need to return something you will need to pay for postage and we suggest you obtain proof of postage. The original receipt must be included with the return as any returns without the original receipt are unlikely to be accepted.
Café Costume will only exchange an item subject to availability, if a different item is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Café Costume.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package you return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
